Mission and Vision
We empower Black and marginalized youth to step into their potential, and our vision is to create a world where all youth have the skills and confidence to achieve their dreams.
At Kickback we see Black and marginalized youth for who they truly are: Talented, with the intention to live into possibility. But too often, they're held back by systems that limit access and exposure, and belonging. It’s not that they lack potential. It’s that opportunity isn’t built to reach them. We’re a community centred around creating spaces that reflect youth, and pathways that help them grow.
